We aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all information regarding our shipping and delivery policy.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method and Origin
To reduce waste and minimise CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs duties and import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Our shipping partners include Royal Mail.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight of the order, destination, and selected shipping method.
5. Tracking Your Shipment — Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking number via our website and the tracking link provided by email.
Customers are responsible for checking whether their parcel will be delivered to their home address or redirected to a collection point and, where necessary, collecting it from that location.
If delivery takes longer than expected or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us first via info@elstonlondon.com rather than immediately initiating a chargeback or refund request.
6. Responsibility During Shipping
If the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
